The project was developed with Sandvik Coromant Inc, as they relocated their facilities to Stafford, Texas from Houston. Sandvik’s parent company is Norwegian, the coordination between their project management and the construction group to address their requirements for manufacturing was a challenge. The project manufacturing area incorporated vertical parts storage systems which maximized their floor area for equipment.
