The project for Rtron required two-story construction utilizing conventional steel and tilt up job cast concrete panels. The design had strict architectural control and deed restrictions. This project also won an award for use of concrete panels. The office was designed to be separate from manufacturing, utilizing a common wall. The manufacturing had clean room assembly areas as part of their process and also featured air-conditioning which was implemented throughout the entire facility.
