The facility built for Intertek/Caleb Brett USA Inc. was constructed utilizing conventional steel and job cast tilt up concrete panels. The facility could test and certify all petroleum products. A notable feature of the project was that the facility had the ability to simulate the refining process in-house. The testing area had once thru-conditioned air (chilled water system). The test area also provided flexibility in lab configuration. The facility was used for testing pipeline product from as far away as the Alaskan Pipeline.
